ONE MORE GONE!!! 258lbs and dropping… WOO HOO
Back on track! Yesterday consisted of a nutrigrain bar for breakfast, a small steak sandwich (frozen, and I didn’t eat the bread) for lunch, and dinner was Indian Fried bread tacos… This was a small fry bread base, with taco meat (mixed with beans and corn) topped with lettuce, tomato, salsa, onion & a touch of cheese. Now usually, I’ll eat 2 big one of these… That was the past! Last night I could bearly eat the small one I made (about the size of my fist). I was full like that! And ofcourse, LOTS OF WATER all day long!!! It makes a difference I swear! Today I’ll have another nutrigrain bar for breakfast, maybe some chicken for lunch, and a big salad for dinner (if I can talk T into it). Chow for now!!!
