I’ve been slacking on posting… my bad… With the trip consuming all time, it’s been a little nuts… Anywho, currently at 253lbs… I was able to work out yesterday, but I was up all night today, so I did not go to the gym. I must do it tomorrow. Diets the same… nutrigrain bar at breakfast, 6″ subway turkey sub for lunch, and chicken and rice for dinner (This was yesterdays). Today, breakfast same, lunch will be leftover chicken and rice, and dinner tonight will be a large chef salad. It almost sounds boring, but it’s not… the big thing is I don’t have the appetite. What a relief.
