Sept 5th Weight Loss Progress…

What a weekend… I ate well… I got a lot done… walked the fair… cleaned the garage… cleaned the shed… AND NO ADDITIONAL WEIGHT LOSS.  That sucked.  But all is not lost.  With the weekend as it was, I did not get to the gym.  I did this morning however, and I feel awesome! So, hopefully, now that I’ve gotten back into the swing of things, I’ll start loosing again.  We shall see!  259 needs to go bye, bye… I’d like to see 255 before I leave this weekend for Seattle, and the Star Trek Convention!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sept 1st Weight Loss Progress…

No change today…. still coming in at 259.  This weekend should be interesting though… I’m going to be working out twice as much, remodeling the garage, and possibly digging a new sump pump hole under the house.  Todays diet is pretty much the same… nutrigrain bar for breakfast, I think a chicken bake for lunch, and then another big salad for dinner.  I tell you, It’s nice not wanting to snake all the time now.  I don’t feel like “I’ve got to eat” all the time…. I do just fine with the 3 meals a day.  It’s working for me finally!

End of August – Summary of month….

Ok… so I started this blog 2 weeks ago… I also started dieting, working out, take multivitamins & weightloss supplements… I was tipping the scale at 266 when I started. Today, I’m at 259.  THAT’S AMAZING!  I never thought I’d see this kind of improvement.  I can’t wait to see what the next month brings.  7 pounds in 2 weeks is a great loss.  If I can maintain this rate, I’ll reach my goal of 180 pounds in no time.  I’m sure as the weight comes off, I’ll slow down a little (hopefully not much).  Anyway, hopefully by next spring, I’ll be there.  FYI, the multivitamin I’m taking is a One-a-day low carb vitamin, and the weightloss supplement is Leptopril.  And so far, I’m love’n it!!!!!!  Blog’ya tomorrow :)

Aug 31st Weight Loss Progress…

259lbs… that’s 2 more GONE!!! THIS IS FREAK’N AWESOME!!!! The working out is GREAT… same diet today as yesterday, nutrigrain bar, rice bowl for lunch, and salad for dinner! 

Aug 30th Weight Loss Progress…

WOO HOO… another pound lost… 261 lbs and dropping. I wonder if I can do this by christmas… would that be a BLAST to be down to 180 by the end of the year… Fingers Crossed!  Anyway, breakfast today will be another nutrigrain bar (only 140 calories), lunch will be another teriyaki rice bowl (I think that only has about 180 calories) and fro dinner, I’ll have a big salad.  I was talking to a weight loss person who suggested not eating any bread, grain, pasta or rice in the evening, especially before bed.  This makes the 3rd person I know that has suggested this.  I’ll give that a try.  I’m still drinking LOTS of water.  Everything I’ve ever read states “DRINK LOTS OF WATER”. I went to the gym again today, this time cardio eclipe and cycling for 40 minutes combined.  I didn’t feel like joining the spinners yet, my body is not ready for 60 minute burns yet.  Soon though, maybe by next week.  Anyway, Found out that the “inaccurate” body fat index system shows me at 34.5% fat, and I should be around 24% for my height, and 194 lbs.  I however want to see 180 lbs.  and the BMI system can shove it, I can’t believe I let them even tell me what it was…. Until tomorrow…

STAR TREK CONVENTION, HERE I COME…

WOO HOO!!!!!  I’m going to SEATTLE!!!!!!! I’m going to the 40th anniversary STAR TREK convention… www.planetxpo.com/40th/  I’m So Excited!!!! and I just can’t Hide it!!!!   My Mother gave me here 20,000 mile ticket, and bought me a silver pass (RESERVED SEATING!!!!) for my birthday coming up in December!!!!!!!!  AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I CAN’T WAIT!!!!

Aug 29th Weight Loss Progress…

262… I lost another one… YEAH!!!!  So, dinner last night was a large salad, with taco meat and salsa.  That was it!!! No dessert, No soda, Nothing else, and I didn’t feel like I was going to STARVE.  So I also joined a gym.  Powerhouse Gym on Northern lights (I had a free one month pass).  This morning I went and worked out for 40 minutes (30 minutes on the ecliptical and 10 on the bike)… What a workout, I feel GREAT!!!!!!  Breakfast this morning will consist of water and a nutragrain bar.  I will be having another chicken teriyaki rice bowl for lunch, AND I know I’m having stir fry for dinner… AND WATER!!!!! lots of WATER!  It gets me through the day.  Anyway, Let’s see what the scale says tomorrow. :)   If your reading this, Thank you for sharing, and please feel free to comment, or say hi, or cheer me on, or ask questions, or make a funny face… what ever feels good :) :P

Aug 28th Weight Loss Progress…

I’ve not been able to post the last few days… apparently there was a problem with the posting engine on wordpress… It didn’t let me in.  BUT TODAY it’s working :)   So… Scale results…. 263lbs.  A little more off…. I’ve been really good on my eating (despite extreme temptation to pig out).  Lots of salads over the weekend!  Anyway, back in the saddle of posting (I hope it stays up).  Breakfast today was more blended fruit, and for lunch I have planed a terriyaki rice bowl. Yum :)

Aug 23rd Weight Loss Progress…

:( AAAAGGGGHHH … still no difference.  Yesterday’s breakfast was normal (blended fruit), lunch consistated of a burger and fries (Yes, I know, Not healthy) and dinner was veggie pizza (only 3 slices, instead of my usally 6 or more).  AND LOTS OF WATER.

Aug 22nd Weight Loss Progress…

I should not have skipped breakfast and lunch yesterday… but I did. My bad!  Anyway, still 265lbs., no change yet.  I’ve even been drinking  LOTS of water, and only water!  Dinner yesterday consisted of Chicken Enchiladas (my favorite)!!! YUM!!!!  I’m HOPING to see some loss here shortly… my body should be adapting… SIGHHHH
